Child/Baby Dedications

Here at REIGN Church, we believe that children are a gift from God! As a church, we want to celebrate the life of your child alongside you and your family. Baby/Child dedications in our church are a way we can take time and pray as a church family and agree together with you and your family to raise your child together under the guiding of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. We believe in the next generation and in the future of your child’s journey to discover their own relationship with Jesus.

Child Dedication at REIGN is a meaningful moment where parents publicly commit to raising their child in God’s ways, and the church commits to partnering with them on that journey. This 30–45 minute Pre-Dedication Class will explain the biblical purpose of child dedication, what it is (and what it is not), and what to expect on Dedication Sunday, while sharing REIGN’s heart for families and discipleship. At least one parent or guardian is required to attend (both encouraged), and the class will take place 1 week before the dedication service to help parents feel prepared, confident, and supported.
